Hjalte Froholt.

You all may know and love him as a former Arkansas Razorback and current professional NFL player. Hjalte and I met when he interned one summer at the same CrossFit gym I coached at. I know him as the kind, goofy giant who was always singing, dancing and bringing good vibes into our community on a regular basis. This offensive guard came to Made to Move looking to be able to do a 10 second freestanding handstand.

This Danish dude got more and more comfortable gettin’ inverted with every week we trained remotely. During season, he’s obviously got other priorities, but he always knows he’s a part of the tribe :)
