The most active human being I’ve ever met in my life. Seriously, I don’t know when this man sleeps- or if he even sleeps at all. When Justin is not at his 9-5 job, he can be found mountain biking, rock climbing, CrossFitting, swimming, running or participating in any race or competition you can think of- all probably with a beer in his hand.
Justin worked with Made to Move originally to improve his clean and snatch technique.

Blandy came back to M2M when he decided he wanted to work on some gymnastics skills- specifically his bar muscle up. Which of course, he got after only a few weeks of training because this dude is a natural born athlete. On top of those innate skills, Justin is one of the most consistent and hard working athletes I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He’s also quite simply, one of the nicest humans I know.
