It’s never a dull moment with Kallie! This girl SHOWS UP even when she’s tired and doesn’t feel like being there. Kallie is notorious for overanalyzing and has no problem telling me when I’m explaining things wrong. This badass ex-softball player is lowkey hilarious.

“I wanted to start personal coaching with Shaina to better my squat form, overhead positions and my snatch because it was wacky af. I found CrossFit as a way to help my mental health as well as physical health, so I wanted to make the improvements needed to get the most out of the workouts. Doing the personal sessions has significantly helped both my squat stance and my snatch. I still have much more to improve upon and seeing progress is fun, so I gotta stick with it!”

Kallie may not like to admit it, but she’s truly come into her own as a CrossFit athlete and weightlifter. She never lets her ego get in the way and she’s not afraid to work on the basics. Kallie is the kind of athlete coaches wish they could have a chance to work with. Always willing to learn. Always willing to work on the fundamentals. Always entertaining.
