Made to Move [M2M] was created to help you become more in touch with your innate sense of fitness. Fitting exercise into your life, with its natural ebb and flow, can be a challenge. It can also foster an enormous sense of betterment in every aspect of your life. To be able to move our bodies is a gift. And to strive to move our bodies virtuously, is a craft. M2M is here to find what works best for you- an ever-changing human being. Whether you are currently completely sedentary, an athlete who wants to hone in on working towards a specific skill, or anyone in between, M2M is here to help.
As human beings, we are designed to be moving, physical creatures. It’s in our bones. When you begin to focus on your physical wellbeing, you start to understand how your mental and social health improves as well. Finding a form of movement that you genuinely enjoy can increase your overall wellness in every aspect of your life. Exercise is so much more than simply moving your body. By moving with intention and discovering your purpose, you will create a healthier and more balanced self.
Before your Personal Coach designs your individualized program, you will define your purpose. Your workouts are created to guide you to feel better, more confident, and more empowered inside and outside of the gym. Your body is capable of some incredible feats. M2M is here to help you discover or expand upon that potential and learn to fall in love with the process.
